Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to understand other people: what motivates them, how they work, how to work co-operatively with them as well as the capacity to understand one’s own feelings on all levels and how to master those emotional states to operate successfully in life.
It is through understanding and working with Emotional Intelligence that we truly live Gandhi’s message “Be the change you want to see in the world”.
I first learned about emotional intelligence and discovered its enormous significance for leadership and creating positive change during my Master’s degree studies in Leadership. I was so taken by the significance of this skill that I based my thesis on it: Emotional Intelligence- Changing the World from the Inside Out.
Whether utilizing the law of attraction to manifest one’s heart’s desire, developing successful intimate partnerships, or establishing effective business alliances – Emotional Intelligence plays a major role in one’s success.
Some of mankind’s greatest teachers – Buddha, Jesus, Lao-tzu, and Gandhi -advocated for the development of this skill, in particular the ability to shift one’s emotional state to peace, love or compassion, as the key to creating positive change for oneself and for the world. Fortune 500 companies have now discovered the same truth!
I’ve found working with individuals or couples that improving this skill is essential. The development of emotional intelligence is woven throughout my coaching practice as well as the constellation processes.
Like any type of intelligence, skill can easily be developed with great beneficial change possible as a result.

I love the way you continuously remind me of my personal strengths and have taught me to recognize the states I am in and how I can make a choice to be in a different ones. I also love how I can now recognize if something is right for me or not….– Name Confidential
