Living the Essential You
A one day workshop designed to support “you” to align with “YOU”.

There lies in all of us the blueprint of our divine purpose. We are living at a time where many are feeling a strong longing or calling to align with our essential nature and purpose. There is a deep knowing that vibrant, intimate partnerships, alignment with our life work and increased physical, emotional and spiritual health is our birthright and yet many are facing tremendous obstacles that stand in the way of their success. Many feel a strong calling to manifest this reality, not only for themselves but for future generations.
In this workshop we will utilize a variety of approaches including life coaching, systemic constellations, emotional intelligence and what I have come to call Grace to support you to align with “YOU”. Together we will:
- Identify and transform limiting beliefs, invisible influences, traumas, unconscious blocks.
- Identify and Align with your essential nature.
- Clarify next steps and identify the resources that will most significantly support YOU in this process.
- Explore and align with the ancestral influences that are directly effecting your life.
- Join with others in “playing” in the morphogenetic field to enhance everyone’s success.
